Carrie & Quinn:  Wow, surely no one could have been as shocked I was when Quinn turned out to be AWESOME.  Usually I don’t react well to a hot third party character showing up to get in the way of my OTP (either through romance or assassination, whatever).  But I’ve loved him since his first episode.  Of course I’m all about Carrie/Brody right now.  But I could see Carrie/Quinn in future seasons.  How about that?  Especially if he does kill Brody.  Oh, the angst!
I think what does it for me with Carrie and Quinn right now, though, is that he pays attention to her and seems to appreciate her.  He’s learned to work with her, how to talk to her without patronizing her, and how to let her do what she needs to do without getting himself fired.  He’s sort of like how I think Saul would be with her if he wasn’t just too old and tired to deal with her anymore.  Of course, it probably helps that there’s like zero bureaucrat in Quinn.  He’s black ops.  He gets it done.  And he’s cool with Carrie being the same way.
For the record, I really don’t get a romance vibe with Carrie and Quinn just now.  I don’t think he’s looking at her with jealousy or longing.  I think he likes her, and he recognizes that she’s a hero.  And when he looks at her, he’s just sad.  He knows he’s going to have to take away the one little bit of happiness she’s managed to find.  It makes me sad too, actually.  For all of them.  Jesus, show.
